Jim and Carla Barbarossa are Ephesians Chapter 4
Evangelists and are the founders of Step By Step Ministries. God has called Jim
and Carla to reach the 9 out of 10 Christians that never witness and teach them
how to, while at the same time releasing and raising up the gift of the
Ephesians Chapter 4 Evangelist in the Local Church.
In May of 1996, Jim purchased a Shofar while in Israel. Since then God has
anointed him to blow it and teach on it. Many healings, miracles and
deliverances have taken place during the blowing of the Shofar.
Jim is an entrepreneur-businessman, and author who has been blessed with a
powerful testimony and loves to teach by example. Carla is a true worshiper and
has the gift and anointing to bring people into the Fathers presence through
worship and dance. Jim and Carla’s desire is to help you find God’s will for
your life while at the same time perfecting you to do the work of the ministry.
Jim is a member A.F.C.M. (Association of Faith Churches and Ministries), . Jim's
testimony was in the Aug 1997 F.G.B.M.F.I. (Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship
International) Voice magazine, of which he is a member.
Jim and Carla became members of Jubilee Worship Center in 2004. They
presently serve Jubilee Worship Center as In-House Evangelists and the Directors
of Evangelism.
Jim and Carla have been happily married for 33 years.
They have four children and four grandchildren. |

Bishop Dale P. and Mrs. Lisa Combs

Bishop and Mrs.
Dale and Lisa Combs were married May 26, 1979. Lisa serves as the
Program Director and Worship Leader of Jubilee Worship Center.
Bishop Combs and Lisa have
two children, Dalisha and Dale. Dalisha was wed on August 23, 2003 to Nathan Otero and
resides in Hobart, Indiana. Dalisha and Nathan have one son, Micah. Dale Combs is 17 years old and attends Maranatha Christian Academy in Portage, Indiana.
Dale Philip Combs was
born November 27, 1959 in Great Yarmouth, England, the oldest of 5 boys while
his father was stationed there serving in the United States Air Force.
(Mr. Combs had married Mrs. Combs the year before.)
Bishop Combs comes from
a long line of ministers dating back to his great grandfather, who was a
traveling preacher in Kentucky when the Pentecostal movement began. His
grandfather was a minister. His brother James, Bishop Combs' great uncle,
served as Pastor in West Indianapolis Indiana Church of God. At one time, his
church was the largest Church of God in Indiana. Bishop Combs also has an
uncle who is a retired Church of God minister. Bishop Combs' father served as a pastor in Michigan, New York, Indiana, Florida, and
Arizona until he retired in Florida several years ago.
Bishop Combs attended Lee (College) University in 1978 and Indiana University
Northwest in 1984. He is currently working on his degree in Theology.
Bishop Combs served the
Church of God denomination as District Youth Leader in the early 1980’s.
He also served on the State Evangelism Board for one term, the Examining Board for one term, and has served as Leader of the
Mentoring Group for the Northern District. He is presently serving his
third term on the State Council. He spent two years in
Lafayette, Indiana serving a congregation that grew from six people to over
sixty people in attendance at his last service.
Bishop Combs has served
as the Senior Pastor of Jubilee Worship Center since March of 1989.
Prior to that, he served Jubilee Worship Center for 6 years as the Associate and
Youth Pastor under the leadership of Rev. Don Rehmel. He presently serves
as Chaplain of the Lake Station Police Department (since 1994), Chaplain for the
Lake County Sheriff’s Department (since 1998), and Chaplain for the Federal
Bureau of Investigation (since 1997). He is a graduate of the Porter
County Reserve Academy, Valparaiso University Valparaiso Indiana, Top 10 in the
class. He is presently enrolled at Liberty University in Lynchburg,
Virginia with a
major in Theology.
When Bishop Combs first came to Jubilee Worship Center, the congregation
attendance was approximately 45 to 50 people. Today, our average
attendance is over 300. In 2003, Bishop Combs
assisted in the completion of Jubilee Worship Center's current church
facility. This 30,000 square foot facility had a final cost of 1.75
million dollars and is presently valued at 3 million dollars. |

Dr. Terry
Harman will be speaking on The High Priest Garment, Tallit (Prayer
Shawl), Feasts, and the

Carol DeSutter

Carol
DeSutter leads the flag ministry at White Horse Christian
Center in West Lafayette, Indiana, a revival / celebration
center where flags are raised to celebrate Jesus and usher
in the presence of the Lord. God brought Carol into the
flag ministry in 1996 when she learned that obedience “opens
the heavens.” Her life has not been the same since the
day Carol first waved a flag in prophetic intercession,
celebration, and spiritual warfare. Carol has a heart for
the nations, and has sent flags to many countries around the
world.
Carol
has a Bachelor of Divinity degree from White Horse School of
Ministries.
Carol
and her husband Joe live in rural Attica, Indiana; they have
five children, and three grandchildren. |

Sis. Theresa Nickelson
Prophetic Intercessor/Watchman

Sis. Theresa
Nickelson has been a born again believer of Christ since 1997.
She began serving the Lord as a willing vessel at the Whole Truth
Church of God in Christ in Gary, Indiana. A strong hunger for
God's word and intercession was birthed in her. The Lord led
her to Father's Heart Church, continuing to grow in the gifts under
an apostolic anointing. Out of this ministry, the gift of
prophecy and deliverance was brought forth. God is using this
anointed woman of God, for such a time as this, to bring hope,
comfort, and restoration to the Body of Christ. She serves
under the leadership of Bishop Dale P. Combs of Jubilee Worship
Center in Hobart, Indiana. |
