We highly recommend that everyone preregisters for this gathering.  We want every aspect of this gathering to be a memorable, pleasurable experience.  Preregistration will help in eliminating long registration lines.

International Guests Requiring a Visa:
If you live outside of the USA and will need a letter of invitation and letter to the Embassy, we will email them to you and send you the original by regular postal service at no cost to you (10-14 days).  If you want EMS Express Post with a 3-5 day service and tracking, you will need to send $30 to cover the mailing expense.  ***Please be aware that we have had many problems getting letters sent by regular postal service to some countries, especially in Africa and parts of Asia.  Some countries will accept emailed copies at the Embassy, some will accept faxed copies, and some will only accept signed originals.  It is up to you to check with the Embassy in your country.
We will provide you with letters to help obtain your Visa only AFTER you have paid your $100 non-refundable registration fee.
(Letters for the Embassy will not be provided without full payment of $100 registration fee.  Registration fee will not be waived.)

International Guests:
We will provide free host housing for guests coming from outside the USA.  Because we have a limited amount of free host housing available, it will be offered on a first-registered basis.
Host housing will be provided starting on the evening of Tuesday, September 11th and ending on the morning of Monday, September 17th.
SORRY, BUT DUE TO SUCH A BIG DEMAND FROM PEOPLE COMING FROM OUTSIDE THE USA, ALL HOST HOUSING IS FILLED.  WE CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE TO STAY AT ONE OF THE AREA HOTELS AT A RATE OF $500-$900 (US DOLLARS) FOR SIX NIGHTS, INCLUDING BREAKFAST.  THE PRICE DEPENDS ON WHICH HOTELS ARE AVAILABLE.   (YOU CAN HAVE UP TO 4 PEOPLE IN ONE ROOM.)  TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU SEND AN ADDITIONAL $200 WITH YOUR REGISTRATION FEE.  WE MUST RECEIVE FULL PAYMENT FOR YOUR HOTEL ROOM BY AUGUST 15, 2007.  AREA HOTELS ARE FILLING UP QUICKLY.  THE LOWER PRICED HOTELS ARE ALMOST ALL GONE.  IF YOU DO NOT SEND THE $200 WITH YOUR REGISTRATION TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM AND SEND FULL PAYMENT BY AUGUST 15TH, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF YOU GET HERE AND HAVE NO HOTEL ROOM, AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU IN ANY WAY.  AT THIS TIME, WE CAN STILL PROVIDE FREE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTEL TO THE MEETING AND FREE MEALS DURING THE CONFERENCE.
Please be sure to schedule your travel arrangements to arrive in the Chicago Airport on Tuesday September 11, 2007, NOT the day before or the day after.
Please be sure to schedule your travel arrangements to depart on Monday, September 17, 2007.
