South Bend Regional
This is the smallest of the airports and is usually a
bit more expensive. It's an easy one hour drive with very little traffic.
Out of the airport, go right onto US Hwy 31 North. Follow the signs to the
Indiana Toll Road. Go west on the Toll Road to the Portage Exit. You
can see Comfort Inn across the street from the Portage Toll Road Exit. To
get to the Hampton Inn, turn right, go to the 2nd light. Turn right onto
US Hwy 20. Hampton Inn is on the right.
Chicago Midway
1-1/2 to 3 hour drive, depending on traffic.
Take 50 South to 294 East/South to 80/294 East/South towards Indiana to 80/94
East to I-65 South. Get off at exit 255. To to the east. First
road, turn right. Lee's Inn and Comfort Inn are directly ahead.
Chicago Ohare
1-1/2 to 3 hour drive, depending on traffic.
Take 294 South/East to 80/294 East towards Indiana to 80/94 East to I-65 South.
Get off on Exit 255. Go to the east. First road, turn right.
Lee's Inn and Comfort Inn are directly ahead.
Coach USA Tri-State Bus Service
For those coming in from outside the USA, from Ohare or Midway Airports, you
will need to locate the shuttle bus center. (Follow the red shuttle bus
signs.) You will take the bus going to Portage, Indiana. Upon
arrival at the Portage Bus Center, go across the street to Dunkin Donuts, and
call 762-7589. We will have someone pick you up. On your return, we
will have someone drop you off at the bus stop. The cost of the round trip
bus ticket is $40.
Keep in mind when making your airline reservations that bus service runs from
4:50am to 10:50pm.

For those needing taxi service, there are two taxi services in the area.

Cost from Portage Bus Stop to Portage Area Hotels is approx $6. Cost from
Portage Area Hotels to Church is approx $10-14.
DIRECTIONS TO CHURCH:
From I-65, take US Hwy 6 East (Ridge Road).
Turn right onto US Hwy 51. Church is on the left.
From 80/94, take Hwy 51 (Ripley Street).
Cross the intersection at US Hwy 6. Church is on the left.
